It was a whole new world when I got out of college and got an opportunity to work as a Business Analyst at Stellium. Stellium’s induction program, “Campus to Corporate”, was a steppingstone for a fresher like me with no prior experience in the business. After completing three months of rigorous training, I was involved in pre-sales activity which gave me great exposure and experience in handling clients requirements and contributing to project delivery. Stellium is the place to be if you want to work passionately and dare to dream big. You can plan your long innings of your career, acquire new skills and expect a symbiotic growth with the organization. On a personal front, Stellium is like my extended family. I have the freedom to express my ideas and learn from some of the best leaders in the market.
I started my corporate journey with Stellium less than a year back as a fresher. Stellium is a flat organization, where I have the freedom to express my opinions and. The training sessions have been detailed and understandable from the scratch. I also attended Invictus-The annual event at Stellium which truly inculcated the sense of belonging in me. Stellium believes in delivering the best in-class-service to its clients, and I have witnessed this early on in my career. This is what interested me in switching from a delivery role to becoming a client partner and to take on new responsibilities and tasks that challenges and aids career growth. I currently work as the Regional Director of Sales for Stellium Middle East, a challenge that I took up over a year back. Even though there were a lot of uncertainties with this opportunity- a new role for me and a new market for Stellium, it is the top-down support from my peers that helped me to be successful so far. The consulting approach we bring to client conversations is what makes Stellium the Partner of choice. I have been with this company for 6+ years and can’t wait for the new challenges and growth opportunities Stellium has to offer.
My journey at Stellium began as a fresher when I Joined as a Business Analyst in 2016 after graduating from RV college of engineering. In 6 months of training on analyzing data and SAP Modules, I got the opportunity of deploying Digital Supply Chain (DSC) solutions for Indian MNCs. I took a short hiatus to pursue my master’s in supply chain and Logistics at MIT and joined back at Stellium as a Project Manager. In my second innings, I got to liaise with some of Stellium’s key clients in the Middle East and work with an amazing team. This gave me the confidence to focus more on DSC, Automation, and Industry 4.0. and bring improvements in warehouse process and to digitize operations. I am now a Customer Success Manager at Stellium and continue to chase my passion for music at home; all thanks to the work-life balance the organization offers.
