Role: Consultant – Digital Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze ways to optimize production processes and work flows
• Advise clients on the selection and implementation of digital solutions that encompass industrial IoT, automation, machine learning and business analytics
• Develop strategy and solution blueprints and designs
• Deliver client training materials and sessions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications/Skills:
• 2-5 years manufacturing experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related technical field
• Excellent and communication skills (English fluency required; Spanish fluency a plus)
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project delivery
• Creative thinking to develop new and innovative solutions
• Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal, and teamworking skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project requirements and timelines
• Presentation, spreadsheet, and document development skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems
• Experience using SAP ME & MII, ECC and/or S/4 a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
